Yararl\u0131 besinlerin tercih edilmesi, zararl\u0131 pi\u015firme yollar\u0131ndan uzak durulmas\u0131 vb. y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00e7ocu\u011fun devaml\u0131 olarak do\u011fru beslenme y\u00f6n\u00fcnden geli\u015fimi destekleniyor. Yemedi\u011finde d\u00fcnya ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131yor, \u00e7ok yeyip kilo ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayr\u0131 bir endi\u015feleniyoruz. Beslenme sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve kaliteli bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olu\u015ftursa da yetersiz kalabiliyor. Kaliteli bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in ki\u015fi kendini her y\u00f6nden iyi olarak alg\u0131lamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 teknolojinin bu kadar hakimiyeti alt\u0131na girmi\u015fken ve hareketten uzak bireyler olmu\u015fken \u00e7ocu\u011fumuzu sadece do\u011fru beslenmeye de\u011fil hareketli ya\u015fam ve sosyal ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7in de te\u015fvik etmek \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Fizyoterapistler do\u011fu\u015ftan\/sonradan sebeplerle hareket k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 olanlar\u0131n \u201chareket etme\u201d becerisini geli\u015ftiren meslek grubunu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumda engelliler, bel-boyun vb. kas-iskelet sistemi a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 olanlar, kalp-damar problemleri sebebiyle hareketleri k\u0131s\u0131tlananlar gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 olan topluluklar\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeyi veya varolan yeteneklerle olabilecek en ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131rlar. Modern t\u0131p yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise doktorlar ve di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sadece tedavi edici a\u015famada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yetersiz kalmaktad\u0131r. Art\u0131k hastal\u0131klar olu\u015fmadan \u201ckoruyucu\u201d denilen yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n topluma uygulanmas\u0131 ile ya\u015fam kalitesi daha y\u00fcksek ve hastal\u0131klardan korunmu\u015f bir toplum kazan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Koruyucu yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de en ideal ya\u015f grubu \u00e7ocukluk ya\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kas-iskelet sistemini ve hareketlerini tehdit edebilecek fakt\u00f6rlere bakacak olursak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde s\u0131ralanabilir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ev d\u0131\u015f\u0131 (a\u00e7\u0131k hava) oyunlar\u0131n yerine teknolojik ara\u00e7larla uzun s\u00fcre vakit ge\u00e7irme<\/li>\n<li>Televizyon kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcre sabit kalma<\/li>\n<li>A\u011f\u0131r okul \u00e7antalar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Okul \u00e7antas\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/li>\n<li>S\u0131n\u0131f s\u0131ralar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuklara uygun olmamas\u0131<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n s\u0131rada yanl\u0131\u015f pozisyonda oturmas\u0131 ve yaz\u0131 yazmas\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n uygun olmayan kas-iskelet sistemi geli\u015ftirmesine sebep olabilecek fakt\u00f6rlerdir. Uygun olmayan kas-iskelet sistemi derken nelerden bahsediliyor? Kamburluk, skolyoz gibi omurga ile ilgili duru\u015f bozukluklar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu problemler hem bel-boyun-s\u0131rt a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na hem de \u00f6zellikle ad\u00f6lesan \u00e7a\u011fa girildi\u011finde estetik kayg\u0131ya yol a\u00e7abilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca azalan hareketli ya\u015fam sebebiyle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hareket becerilerinin de son y\u0131llarda yetersiz \u015fekilde geli\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. 2 ya\u015f\u0131na gelmi\u015f \u00e7ocuk tam olarak ula\u015fmas\u0131 gereken ko\u015fma yetene\u011finde sahip olmamakta, merdivenleri \u00e7\u0131kamamaktad\u0131r. Bu da ileri ya\u015flarda geli\u015ftirmesi gereken di\u011fer hareket becerilerini \u00f6nleyip yaralanmaya elveri\u015fli denge y\u00f6n\u00fcnden zay\u0131f bireyler olu\u015fmas\u0131na sebep olacakt\u0131r. Hareketin azalmas\u0131 ile di\u011fer olu\u015fma riski y\u00fcksek olan sa\u011fl\u0131k problemleri ise \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki obezite ile ileri ya\u015flarda kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu sebeplerle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hareketli ya\u015fam\u0131 tercih etmeleri i\u00e7in fizyoterapistler hem \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 hem de aileleri bilin\u00e7lendirmelidir. Do\u011fru okul \u00e7antas\u0131 se\u00e7imi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131, okul s\u0131ralar\u0131nda do\u011fru oturma ve yaz\u0131 yazma pozisyonlar\u0131 da yine bu bilin\u00e7lendirme programlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da bu konularda baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli noktalar\u0131 sizler i\u00e7in s\u0131ralad\u0131m:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A\u00e7\u0131k alanda oyun oynamak, \u00e7ocu\u011fa hareket \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sunar, i\u00e7 mekanlarda kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiziksel becerilerinin (atlama, ko\u015fma, z\u0131plama, vb. gibi aktiviteler) geli\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re; \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131za a\u00e7\u0131k havada iken hareket \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tan\u0131y\u0131n.<\/li>\n<li>Hareketli ya\u015fam sadece egzersiz ve spor de\u011fil ev i\u00e7i veya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hareketi sa\u011flayacak her\u015fey hareketi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden \u00e7ocu\u011funuza hem evde hem ev d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda birlikte iken hareketi te\u015fvik edecek sorumluluklar verin (birlikte temizlik yapmak, araba y\u0131kamak, birlikte markete y\u00fcr\u00fcmek vb.)<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6nce siz bir spor ya da egzersiz yaparak \u00e7ocu\u011funuza \u00f6rnek olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Tuvalete gitmek, beslenmek her ne kadar ya\u015famak i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 ise egzersiz yapman\u0131n da bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu \u00e7ocu\u011funuzun alg\u0131lamas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olun.<\/li>\n<li>Okul \u00e7antas\u0131 i\u00e7in kal\u0131n saplar ve bel kemerli olanlar\u0131 tercih edin.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7anta \u00e7ift tarafl\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 ve \u00e7antan\u0131n \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fun omuzlar\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 hizada olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re \u00e7anta bel bo\u015flu\u011funda ta\u015f\u0131nmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Tekerlekli olan \u00e7antalar ise zemin kat s\u0131n\u0131fa giden ve engebeli zemini olmayan okullar i\u00e7in iyi bir alternatif olabilir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7anta a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fun v\u00fccut kilosunun %15\u2019i \u00fczerinde olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7anta i\u00e7i d\u00fczenleme a\u011f\u0131r kitaplardan hafif kitaplara do\u011fru yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ocu\u011fun hem okulda hem evde oturdu\u011fu masa-sandalye boyuna uygun olmal\u0131, ayaklar havada kalmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Otururken ve yazarken tek bir y\u00f6ne e\u011filmemeli, deftere ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yakla\u015ft\u0131rmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak; \u00e7ocuklarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir fizyoterapist olarak \u201ckaliteli ya\u015famak i\u00e7in \u0131srarc\u0131 olan\u201d bireyler yeti\u015ftirmek bizim en temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131zdan olmal\u0131 diyorum.
