Toplum i\u00e7indeki ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfusun\noran\u0131 giderek artarken ki\u015filer daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, kaliteli ve uzun bir ya\u015fam\naray\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7ine girmektedir. \u00d6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde artan ya\u015fl\u0131 n\u00fcfus ve\nya\u015fam beklentisi, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinin sunumu ve bu hizmetlerin\nbelirlenebilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olmu\u015ftur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Covid-19 pandemisiyle&nbsp; fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ama asl\u0131nda modern\nya\u015fam \u015feklinin getirdi\u011fi hareketsiz ya\u015fam ve y\u00fcksek kalorili beslenme g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde\nkar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u201c Fiziksel \u0130naktivite Pandemisi\u201dni a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirmi\u015ftir. \u201cYa\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k\u201d&nbsp; bir hastal\u0131k\nde\u011fildir,\nilerleyici fizyolojik de\u011fi\u015fikler artm\u0131\u015f kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n prevelans\u0131 ile birlikte seyreden\nnormal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131\nya\u015flanma\u2019 terimi ilk kez 1980\u2019li y\u0131llarda telaffuz edilmi\u015ftir. Bu terim,&nbsp; ya\u015fl\u0131 bireylerin bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\ng\u00f6sterebilen fizyolojik fonksiyonlar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz tipik de\u011fi\u015fiklikler\nile fiziksel aktivite, beslenme, stres y\u00f6netimi gibi modifiye edilebilir ya\u015fam\ntarz\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda bu tan\u0131ma dayal\u0131 olarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131\nya\u015flanman\u0131n baz\u0131 temel komponentleri vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015f alan bireyler\nengellilik &nbsp;ya da kronik bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\nbulunmayan, y\u00fcksek fiziksel ve kognitif fonksiyonlara sahip, ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde aktif\nrol alan sosyal bireylerdir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015f almayla birlikte geli\u015fen abdominal obezite,\nhiperglisemi\/hiperins\u00fclinemi, dislipidemi ve y\u00fcksek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00fcnya\n\u00e7ap\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu haline gelen Kardiyometabolik Sendromu\nolu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fl\u0131 olgularda&nbsp; ya\u015f\nalma s\u00fcrecinde hareketsizlik nedeniyle kronik hastal\u0131k &nbsp;&nbsp;riski daha y\u00fcksektir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fl\u0131larda \u00e7e\u015fitli aktiviteler ile elde edilen fonskiyonel kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n ve egzersiz kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Bununla birlikte ya\u015fl\u0131 bireyler egzersiz yapmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli ki\u015fisel, sosyoekonomik ve \u00e7evresel engellerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu egzersize kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in kendilerine g\u00fcveni ve motivasyonu yoktur. Egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda yaralanma ve olu\u015fabilecek bir komplikasyondan dolay\u0131 endi\u015fe duyarlar. Fiziksel aktivitelere kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ya\u015fl\u0131lara egzersizlerin emin bir y\u00f6ntem oldu\u011fu konusunda bilgi verilmelidir.\u00a0 Egzersizlerin herkesin iste\u011fine g\u00f6re ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilebilece\u011fi anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ya\u015fl\u0131lar ve fizyoterapist\u00a0 birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir program olu\u015fturup bireysel tedavi hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hasta tedavi hedeflerini\u00a0 iyi anlamal\u0131d\u0131r. Tedavi plan\u0131 \u00e7izilirken fizyoterapist hastan\u0131n arzular\u0131n\u0131, yeteneklerini, isteklili\u011fini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikimi ve komorbiditelerini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egzersizi\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli stratejiler vard\u0131r.\u00d6ncelikle \u015fu sorular sorulmal\u0131d\u0131r:\nAktivitelerimi en kolay nas\u0131l d\u00fczenlerim? &nbsp;Aktiviteler benim fiziksel\n\u00f6zelliklerime ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131ma uygun mudur? Bireyler egzersizin yararlar\u0131n\u0131\nfark edince kendini motive etmi\u015f olur. Egzersiz hedefleri \u00e7ok belirsiz,\niddial\u0131, ya da uzak olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Egzersizi bir rutin haline getirmek al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131\nkolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fl\u0131\nbireylerde egzersizler basit ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmal\u0131, yeni \u00f6\u011frenilecek bir aktivite\nya da bilgi i\u00e7ermemelidir. E\u011flenceli aktiviteler fiziksel aktivitenin\ndevaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Ya\u015fl\u0131 bireyin egzersiz program\u0131 olu\u015ftururken\ns\u00fcrece dahil olmas\u0131 faydal\u0131 olabilir. Genel olarak, ya\u015fl\u0131larda ideal egzersiz\nprogramlar\u0131 aerobik, kuvvetlendirme ve esneklik &nbsp;egzersizlerini i\u00e7ermelidir. Ek olarak, d\u00fc\u015fme\nya da y\u00fcr\u00fcme problemi olan riskli ya\u015fl\u0131larda denge ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ile ilgili\nfiziksel uygunluklar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel spesifik egzersizler de\nprogram i\u00e7erisinde yer almal\u0131d\u0131r. 65 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri bireyler d\u00fczenli fiziksel\naktiviteden olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar elde eder ve bu kazan\u0131mlar ya\u015famlar\u0131\nboyunca olu\u015fmaya devam eder. Ya\u015fl\u0131 bireyler i\u00e7in fiziksel aktivitenin te\u015fviki,\nbu pop\u00fclasyonun t\u00fcm ya\u015f gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde en az fiziksel aktif pop\u00fclasyon\nolmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nemlidir.&nbsp;\nSonu\u00e7 olarak, fiziksel aktivite optimal ya\u015flanma i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli\nve gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki ya\u015f\nalma s\u00fcreci olarak bilinenler daha cok inaktivitenin sonucudur.
